LOCKI Terms of Service

LOCKI provides personal focus locks and optional couple-lock features to people aged 18 or older. You choose the duration, app scope, and whether to pair with another person. Linking a Google account and opting in to marketing are optional.

LOCKI is not an emergency, medical, safety, or communications service. Keep a way to contact emergency services and trusted people. The app depends on device permissions, operating-system behavior, network access, and, for couple features, your partner's actions. A lock is designed to make distraction harder, but no software can guarantee uninterrupted blocking or prevent every device-level bypass.

You are responsible for information you submit and for having the right to share it with your partner. Do not submit sensitive information that you do not want stored by the service.

Subscriptions are purchased and renewed through Apple or Google. Store terms control billing, refunds, trials, and cancellation; cancel separately through the applicable store. Deleting a LOCKI account does not itself cancel a store subscription or issue a refund. Account-deletion instructions are available at https://locki.waypion.com/account-deletion.

We may change or discontinue features when necessary for security, platform rules, or service operation. RevenueCat may be used for subscriptions, PostHog for product analytics, and Sentry for error reporting. Contact contact@waypion.com with questions about these terms.
